Mentorship Program
We provide career mentorship to high school students, university and college students
How It Works
The programs seek to open up the minds of young adults to opportunities both in employment and self-employment by providing tools geared towards eliminating youth unemployment in Kenya.
Students are taken through career pathing, job searching, self-employment options and entrepreneurship. Students are equipped with interview skills, personal branding, public speaking and entrepreneurship.
Through partnerships with local and international brands, students are exposed to mentors drawn from various industries and through these partnerships; we provide apprenticeship opportunities to students.
High School Mentorship Program
We have various mentorship programs in high schools which include organizing regional career fairs in high schools and interactive mentorship talks in schools. During career days, students are counseled on careers and exposed to various industry players.
The goal of this program is to enhance career literacy, build capacity and strengthen the relevance of tertiary education. We take education industry stakeholders to high schools where they interact with form four students drawn from schools from a particular region. Such stakeholders include tertiary education institutions, education funding and scholarship organizations, government bodies, and other relevant stakeholders.
